Scheduling service and lack of communication w/switchbrd First of all calling the service dept was a catastrophe. Never call back that day, called back midaday next day, They do not communicate with the switchboard so when someone is out and you leave a message u do not know if the person u called is even working. This was awful and makes me question doing business with them. This is not the first time this has happened. More

great service but.. I always use them for services but hate the up selling. Went in for an oil change, tire rotation, and inspec. and ended up with $800 in service reco I always use them for services but hate the up selling. Went in for an oil change, tire rotation, and inspec. and ended up with $800 in service recommendations of which i can do most myself for less than $200 (except for the alignment that they did already less than 6 mos ago). Not their fault since I have worked in service centers before and know all the "up selling" they are expected to do. All in all these are really transparent people and genuinely try to take care of customers More
