Sorry service! My appt was 2:45 pm. I was there before my appt time. I made an appt for car inspection. That should only take 20 to 30 mins total. I didn't leave there until 4:30. Very unacceptable. I went to the service desk, spoke with Bonnie. I asked what was taking so long on my car. She looked at her iPad and said wait one minute.. She walked to back. She came back to say that the order for my inspection had not been placed in the system..since I arrived. That was over 2 hours ago. I was not happy at all. She said they were working on it now at 4:30. Then 15 mins later, they bring up my car. Paper work in the passenger seat. From 2:30 to 4:45 for an inspection......Not acceptable!!! Not happy with that service at all. More
