Total time was 12 business days to have our car back on the road. And during this time, our advisor provided consistent updates on repair statues. This was very important to us as we live 8 hours from the Dealership. This accident occurred at 7:30PM while traveling from North Florida to North Virginia. I chose to have the car towed to Herbert Vester Toyota as the nearest Lexus/Toyota dealership. Other than brand, we had no other knowledge of the dealership. On returning from Virginia to Florida, we met the Danny Meachomes, service manager, and Allan Tadlock, service advisor, to discuss extent of damage, parts, repair time line and request for updates. Last year they lost my renewal card, causing me to stand in line at DMV for 45 minutes instead of renewing online in two minutes. This year'after it passed inspection the inspector failed to send the info to DMV. Customer service rep Bonnie R. saved the day by going out of her way to get things straight with DMV.
