Had my truck worked on. Was told it was ready. When I drove it home I looked underneath and noticed where they had worked, front axle and seals on both side, something was d Was told it was ready. When I drove it home I looked underneath and noticed where they had worked, front axle and seals on both side, something was dripping out from the axle. I called and they told me they would send a roll back to pick it up. Instead it was picked up by a tow-truck, which means the front axle was on the road causing possible more damage, not nothing if there was any fluid left in my axle! They gave me a loaner smelled like cigars had been smoked in it: and I did NOT need a loaner. The next day I finally got to pick up my truck after lunch. I asked to speak to the Manager but he was gone to lunch and he was SUPPOSE to call me back. I was going to ask for a reduction in the price I paid but he NEVER called me back! I even called the Manager and left a message but then again he did NOT return my car. I normally have my work done at the Toyota place but if this is the kind of workmanship I will be receiving in the future, I may have to reconsider where I take BOTH of my Toyota Tundras. More
