I AM EXTREMELY UNHAPPY/Disappointed in the service my car received from your department. My van check engine light came on again last night while in Winston Salem NC. IT Stop working in the STREET AGAIN. I received from your department. My van check engine light came on again last night while in Winston Salem NC. IT Stop working in the STREET AGAIN. I Had to have IT tow again . I am NOT HAPPY WITH THE WAY MY SIENNA WAS SERVICE. MY SON IS STRANDED NOW IN WINSTON SALEM BECAUSE THERE WAS NO OIL IN THE ENGINE. An individual check the oil and the van had NONE! MY SON WENT TO PURCHASE OIL AND VAN NOW HAS A STEDDY KNOCK. IT IS UNDRIVABLE. THIS IS THE THIRD OR FORTH TIME MY VAN STOP WORKING. EACH TIME TOYOTA STATED THAT THEY DIDN'T KNOW NOR COULD FIND OUT WHY THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT KEPT COMING ON. SIGN. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN YOUR SERVICE THAT IS COSTING ME MONIES AND TIME!!! More
