Found a truck on their website. 2012 f150 Platinum. Black. Very, Very sharp looking truck. Went in and got approved. Gave them a 500.00 check to hold it . The truck was in the back getting decals remove from previous owner. They said it might be a week or two. I said that's fine. Do a good job not a rush job. Got my picture with it in shop. I stopped in to see the truck 4 more times. I was so excited. Chance to move on with my life. Talked with the previous owner, he said it was a great truck for him. No problems. Reviewed YouTube videos. Had more then one trade in, drove that in (20 miles one way). Told all my friends and showed them pictures. Told my kids about it and showed them pictures. Then got a phone call from Stewert. Was the truck ready? Yes!! NO!!!!! Stewert said there was problems and I was to come in. I went there and Stewert set me to Matt right away. Didn't say anything. Sat down with Matt, he barely said anything. Just stared at computer screen. I had to pry out of him what happened with the truck I was supposed to get. He said it must had been really serious mechanical issues. Got up went and got a paper. Wouldn't show me. Said that it was serious and that it went to auction. It was gone. Then he had another one to show me. We went and looked. 2007 f150 xlt, Beige. More miles. Chrome pealing off bumper. Different engine,.Aftermarket rims and about 1/3 tread on tires. This was a teenagers truck. It was very disappointing. Said I wanted a truck like the first one. Matt said that ones like that were almost impossible to find. (they had another one with 100,000 less miles sitting on lot.) Couple days later Cory text me and told me about a GMC Denali. I said I wanted a ford. Haven't heard from anyone from there for almost 2 months now. I think they sold it to someone else. I worked at a dealership for almost 10 years, I know that they can go to auction or find something at another dealership. And what really was wrong with that truck that they couldn't fix at their dealership? Or even try? Why did it disappear so fast? They gave up on their customer. More

We love our purchase, our payment is comfortable, the financing was through a lender of our choice, and although we were offered add-on insurance, we never felt pressured to accept anything we didn't come in for. This was a great experience and turned around our trust after a really bad sales experience here a few years ago. It was worth our time to give them another try. Even though they were into their first big construction day, the employees were all very organized and made us feel welcome. Don't let the construction dust deter you! More
