Oh my gosh where to start? When I went into Ford I was hoping just to get some information on a vehicle and figure out what I want, I had an appointment set with John and I’m so lucky it was him! Not only did he find the perfect vehicle for me on the first try he was able to help me with financing where other dealerships couldn’t and was more than happy to do to that on his own and then got the car serviced and detailed for me in the same day, which I get most dealerships do but again, I went in not thinking I would get to leave with a vehicle and he worked his magic and made it happen for me. He was super friendly and kind and easy to ask questions, I would highly recommend asking for him if you ever need to go in to buy a vehicle. Nic was also a huge help, I wasn’t with him long but when you’re in the dealership for a couple hours already you want to leave and he was super efficient with paperwork, he explained everything and got me out in 10 minutes! When I had my first oil change at Hudson Ford's Quick Lane and it took only 20 minutes. Fast forward to today, September 2020. I've had my car for 17 months and it has 17500 miles on the odometer. My car has been trouble-free. I've returned to the dealer only to get the oil changed every 5000 miles. Each time I go in, the staff treats me with respect and seem to be honestly interested in providing the best customer service they can. I have bad shoulders after working in EMS for nearly 40 years. I cannot reach to clean all the nooks and crannies of the interior side of my windshield. The service writer washed my windshield after the oil and tire rotation techs were done. And he didn't charge anything more, nor was annoyed, by my obtrusive request. More

Found a great used F-150 off the bargain lot but was treated like I was buying new! Even fixed a faulty tire pressure gauge before I drove it off the lot.
