QuickLane I learned that I won't ever go in on a Saturday for an oil change again. Booking on line, that was the first appointment that was available and it to I learned that I won't ever go in on a Saturday for an oil change again. Booking on line, that was the first appointment that was available and it took longer than I would like. When I arrived for a 9:00 appointment it took 15 minutes to get in, I watched them finish my car in 30 minutes and pull it back outside, and then it still took 15 more minutes for the counter person to prepare the paperwork. So it was an hour in total. The counter person said there is usually only one person there on Saturday, so I won't book on a Saturday again. Weekdays have never been a problem. More
