Never called us back We got something from Hudson Ford trying to get us to come to them, even though we’re over an hour away. We incorrectly assumed this meant that they w We got something from Hudson Ford trying to get us to come to them, even though we’re over an hour away. We incorrectly assumed this meant that they would be able to get the ball rolling over the phone but apparently this is incorrect. According to them if they need additional information from us they’re unable to call and request it, they actually have to send a letter asking for that information. This is both ridiculous and wildly inefficient but we tried to work with them anyway. We sent everything in and we were in contact with Cory. Suddenly he wasn’t returning our calls. So we called the main number. They said Cory was in but busy (a straight up lie) but I could speak to his assistant. We left a message with Jenny, didn’t hear back so we called the main number again. Turns out, after leaving messages every day for a week Cory was on vacation and never warned us or gave our information to someone else to help us. I emailed Ashley and told her that we can’t get a call back. No call back from anyone, (or even an email back). Left messages and still nothing. Come to find out they had our rent as double what we actually pay and my income way off. So we were getting rejected by everyone for financing. We found this out when we finally went to a different dealer. Unless you can come in and do literally everything there, and don’t need a call back, then you might be ok. But I would take my business elsewhere. More
