Worst dealership ever First of all gas per mileage is not as the sales person said, i travel a lot and i know is 29mpg on high way. Second no one pays attention to you when First of all gas per mileage is not as the sales person said, i travel a lot and i know is 29mpg on high way. Second no one pays attention to you when you come to dealership for questions. I have the key fob showing the picture of the open trunk, the sales person should have told me about not opening the trunk just unlocking it, which i find really stupid (sorry for that), but why add another button just to unlock the hatch of the trunk. But when i went there to ask if it actually opens or not the trunk as i had never had a Hyundai before, I walked in to service and pull out the key fob, i was starting my question and a gentleman cut me off and said "it does not open only unlocks it" leaving me like a dump person there that couldn't even ask a question. There were people there that looked at me stand there quiet as i didn't know what to do. Then i called the sales person and he said the same and hang up the phone. I will call Hyundai myself and ask for a transfer or anything so i can do my maintenance somewhere else. Also when i went to get my car plate the receptionist ignored me for like 10 min until someone saw me there standing, ask me if i need help. After that she tried to fix it by asking me if i need someone to put the plates for me, i said ok, she called someone over the intercom, but no one came, for 20 minutes ask if she has a screw driver so i do it myself, and she said no has it around, which i found really funny not to use another word. I conclusion i don't want to keep writing as it gets me really upset as the car is nothing as what the sales person described, plus your customer service SUCKS xxxxx..... I will try so much not to come to your dealer ever again, and advise the people i know not to neither. As you guys just want my money and nothing else, and i thought my divorce was the worse thing i went thru, but this gets really close to it. I wish i was able to return the car, but i will kill my credit so i will keep it. More
