W're in Oak Cliff so it's a bit of a trip to Lewisville, Larry Holtzclaw was matched as our sales contact and even though he was scheduled to leave about the time we were to arrive he stayed around to help. Helpful with my issue Trey was helpful in trying to get the problem resolved on my 2019 Durango. I had a family emergency and he was understanding in regards to situation. Frisco's loss, Lewisville's gain My check engine light came on a few weeks ago, so I took it in to the Frisco dealership near my office. They had my car for 4 days, gave me a dirty re My check engine light came on a few weeks ago, so I took it in to the Frisco dealership near my office. They had my car for 4 days, gave me a dirty rental (which they charged me tolls and a $250 deposit), and then they replaced a part that wasn't even causing my check engine light to come on. So I eventually got my car back from them and 3 days later, the check engine light came back on...I took it in to the Lewisville Jeep dealership and they took care of me. They gave me a complimentary rental and had the sensor fixed within 24 hours. I will only go to Lewisville Jeep now, no question. More
