Quality vehicle delivered with excellent customer service I had been searching for about 5 months to locate the 2014 Buick Encore that I wanted. Yes, my state of NC had plenty of Encores but not in the exteri I had been searching for about 5 months to locate the 2014 Buick Encore that I wanted. Yes, my state of NC had plenty of Encores but not in the exterior color, interior color and options that I wanted. I located "the one" while searching online. It was at Hughes in Warner Robins , Georgia. I was a little skeptical about purchasing a vehicle so far away, but then I got in touch with Melanie! What a sweet heart! She made my purchase seem effortless, almost as if she was just down the road. From the very beginning of the process to the day my car arrived, Melanie did everything she could to make me feel comfortable with the process. She was knowledgeable, kind, very attentive and thorough with all the "small details",that really aren't that small after all, with purchasing a vehicle from 3 states away. Actually, everyone I dealt with at Hughes was knowledgeable and helpful. I was comfortable making a purchase without even touching or test driving the vehicle. Did I mention that this was my first "new vehicle" purchase( after being married for over 25 years)? Well, it was and I was able to do it without stress or worry. Also, I was completely confident in the fact that every "t" was crossed and every "i" dotted because I was working with such a great group of professionals! I have been buying cars for over thirty years and this was by far the least stressful used car deal I have had the pleasure to make. In fact, when I got home with my Certified Pre-Owned Fit I told my wife that any future Kurtz vehicle purchases will be made at Hughes...no ifs, ands or buts.
