The sales man called his manager into the office, ,a lot of numbers were put on the table I just couldn't agree at that time like they wanted me to.. We went to another dealer who provided all the numbers on the internet that was great. Every thing worked out good at the new dealer We paid CASH More

Stay Away! LIARS!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER, or at least stay away from Alex Barajas in sales and Alex(forgot his last name) the finance manager. These guys are crooks STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER, or at least stay away from Alex Barajas in sales and Alex(forgot his last name) the finance manager. These guys are crooks and LIARS!!!! I was told my brand new 2018 F150 had XM Radio and guess what it didn't. I didn't check because if I'm told by the car sales man that the vehicle is equipped with said features as simple as a radio, I believe them. BIG mistake on my part. Went in to take care of the issue and they literally laughed at me and said I should've read the window sticker better. I specifically asked for a F150 with XM since my Ford Focus ST that I traded In had it. Shame on you Ford Motors for employing such LIARS and xxxxty customer service representatives. If they worked for my company and I heard this, they would be fired on the spot!!! Trust me, I'm only 32 and I've bought 12 new cars and I've NEVER had such rude customer service and people lying straight to my face! More

They aren't interested in Customer Service! I called Huntington Beach Ford Service last Monday and asked for an appointment on the following Saturday. I was told by the woman on the phone that t I called Huntington Beach Ford Service last Monday and asked for an appointment on the following Saturday. I was told by the woman on the phone that they only have a partial crew on Saturday's and they close by 2 pm and they were fully booked already. She then proceeded to tell me they could really only do things like oil changes on Saturday's so I would have to bring my SUV in M-F to have service look at it for any bigger issues. So I decided to bring my car in on Thursday morning and I pulled up to the service entrance and sat in the car for 5 mins and no one showed up (I'm new to the dealership wasn't sure what to do). So I went into the Service Center and once again no one greeted me for another 10 minutes (when they really weren't busy). I finally spoke with Gabriel about my Explorer's issue and he told me that I should really go across the way to the Quick Lane Tire and Auto Center. My car has a crazy new banging noise coming from the front suspension so I didn't see how the Quick Lane could help me with my suspension. He then ended up changing his mind and deciding that they probably couldn't help me at the Quick Lane, so he tells me that he couldn't help me either but that maybe Tim (I think that's his name) could. So I sat in front of Tim for 5 minutes (he had no one with him) but he purposely looks down as if not acknowledging me is going to somehow make me disappear. Finally, Gabriel comes back and says they'll look at the problem and get back to me later. I asked if they do loaners/rentals so I can get to work in LA and he said not for diagnostics, only for repairs. So I decided I would leave my SUV and go to work a couple of hours late. (I was surprised that they don't have mechanics on Saturday's who could look at my suspension... it's crazy to me that they don't value customers who work M-F and can't take time off work to get their car serviced). Anyway, I left my SUV at 8 am and heard nothing from them for 5 hours. I finally called and asked for an ETA and they tell me that they just barely finished an oil change and a tire rotation and they were just barely going to look at my suspension 5 hours later nonetheless, so far this has been a 5-hour oil change. I then get a call 20 minutes later that they drove my car through their service area trying to recreate the noise and couldn't find anything wrong so I could come to pick up my Explorer. I have had at least 10 people in my car telling me that the noise is not normal, and something is wrong. I've had the SUV almost a year and for 11 months it never made that noise and suddenly it's making the noise and they tell me they heard a little noise but that it is totally normal. I've owned Nissan's, Hyundai's, Toyota's, and Honda's all from dealers on Beach Blvd. and this by far is the worse Service Dept. Every one of the competitors greet you when you pull up, they communicate with you throughout the day on the work progress, all of them offer loaners or rental cars (that they pay for), and they even drop cold water in your cup holder when you pick up your freshly washed car. Let's just say there was none of that at HB Ford. I don't really need to be pampered, but I don't like being ignored. Even if you just tell me you'll be right with me, or you need a minute. I finally got to work 6 1/2 hours late and ended up working until 10 pm to make up for a lost day at Huntington Beach Ford with no resolution, and BTW pulling out of the service dept my wife heard the loud bang under the suspension again. Their solution is to have me take another day off of work and drive their mechanic with me to try and re-create the sound, but do it before 36,000 miles or they won't cover it. I don't see how you can run a SERVICE dept when you've forgotten that it is SERVICE you are supposed to be providing. It's about the people in Customer SERVICE, not the vehicle. A 5-hour oil change and a 20 min drive in your service area, when I came for a suspension issue? I think you had it reversed, it should have been a 5 hour diagnostic and a 20-minute oil change. Obviously, nothing was found because it really wasn't thoroughly looked at. HB Ford is the closest dealership to my home, but I may need to try out Robins Ford in Costa Mesa and see if they're any better. More
Sales Manager Aggressive Tactics sent me out the door When a customer gives you very specific parameters of what they can afford you should honor that. I told the very nice salesman my max monthly payment When a customer gives you very specific parameters of what they can afford you should honor that. I told the very nice salesman my max monthly payment 4 different times. I also said "if you can't do that number I understand and I'll have to look at a different vehicle". Then the Sales Manager got involved and I was very quickly made to feel that I was being unreasonable for not being willing to go above my maximum monthly payment. The techniques used were effective and aggressive. I almost caved. I made a phone call to my sister who told me to walk away. I thought the sales manager's head was going to pop off his shoulders when I told him I was feeling pressured and uncomfortable and I was leaving. I was called later with an offer $5 less than my max to see if they could close the deal. If they'd offered that initially I'd be driving the car right now. Will never go back there for a car purchase or service. PS - don't talk xxxx about a customer until they've left the building. More
