Sold a new car with undisclosed lot damage I began the purchase of my second new ford while overseas on military duty and after a drawn out and unpleasant conversation with the salesman, I chos I began the purchase of my second new ford while overseas on military duty and after a drawn out and unpleasant conversation with the salesman, I chose to proceed with the purchase. The car in question was one of the last few left nationwide and I am very particular about my vehicles. There were some questionable practices while closing the sale, including loosing my original carbon copies of the contract. As an out-of-state buyer, the vehicle had to be shipped to me. Upon receiving, washing and inspecting the vehicle over 10 paint blemishes were discovered in multiple places on the car. Some of the damage is indicative of previous efforts to repair damage, patterns of scratches suggesting light collision, sanding marks on adjacent body panels, etc. The car had to be towed via flatbed to two different shops in my home state to document and repair the damage. I filed a case against the dealership with Ford corporate to seek reimbursement. Awaiting response from the dealership as of this writing, June 2018. More

Best purchasing experience we have had!! We had been in the market for a used Ford F250 Diesel for a few months. At the price we were looking at the trucks we were finding were 80 to 100,000 We had been in the market for a used Ford F250 Diesel for a few months. At the price we were looking at the trucks we were finding were 80 to 100,000 mile trucks. I was referred to HB Ford and started working with AJ and Alex. We really can't say enough about their professionalism. They were not pushy at all and showed us a number of great vehicles. In the end they offered us such an amazing deal that we were able to get a new 2018 F250 for literally a few grand more than a few year old used truck. They bent over backwards to make the process painless and quick. We literally got there, selected our vehicle, test drove it, AJ went over every aspect of the vehicle, we did all the paper work on the new vehicle, they evaluated our trade (they gave us 1500 more than another local dealer offered), did the paperwork on our trade, they had our new vehicle prepared, and we were on our way in about 2 hours. From the previous experiences we have had including at luxury class dealers this was the quickest and best experience was have had. Our salesman AJ was hilarious, was very knowledgeable, and was efficient. We highly recommend HB Ford, and I highly recommend working with AJ and Alex. More

Extended warranty scam They forced me into buying the extended warranty of $2000 saying they can’t write the contract without it, but that I can cancel it within 60 days and They forced me into buying the extended warranty of $2000 saying they can’t write the contract without it, but that I can cancel it within 60 days and I’d receive the full refund. Well, I canceled it within a week. Over 3 months later, I have yet to receive my refund of $2000. It’s been processing... Absolutely terrible experience. Shame on them! More

Though it is 15 years old it has less than 50,000 miles, has always been garaged and well kept..... not a daily driver. It was nearly 2 weeks later when I dove the car at night for the first time since going to HB ford. That is when i discovered that the speedometer dash light was out. Brought the car back to HB ford and after inspection was told that a FEM module needed replacement. A small electrical part that cost over $700.00 plus $480.00 in labor!!! For what appeared to be a burnt out light bulb!! That by the way was working perfectly before my original visit to HB ford. Of course when this was brought up the service writer stated there was no connection to the electrical fuel system repairs ...just a coincident ......I don't think so.. Late Thursday afternoon over a week later i was called to pickup the car, After reluctantly paying for what I still consider a repair that was caused by the previous service my car was brought out to the front. Santa Ana winds have been blowing all week, the outside of my car was filthy with dust and mechanics hand prints. But worse the windows must have been open all week because there was dust covering the entire interior. The level of customer care is the lowest i have ever experienced at a dealership or independent repair facility. Slow, Irresponsible, inconsiderate, overpriced and sloppy. More
RUDE & SCAMMERS where doi start ? so i found this car online that they have for $13590 i called and talked to Kyle and he called back and said yes the car is availabl where doi start ? so i found this car online that they have for $13590 i called and talked to Kyle and he called back and said yes the car is available and i can go and purchase it and he asked how i was going to pay and i told him cash , he said that he has to talk to his manager and get back to me and 30 minutes later i didnt get a call back from him so i called him again and this is what he said : MY BOSS said the price will be $14590 and i asked why ? he said i dont know my boss said we are not making money on this and he wants to finance it but since i was paying cash it will $1000 MORE. i asked to speak to his manager & he said that he was busy and i will get a call back , I DIDNT . i called back 4 times and they kepts hanging up on me so finally i got a hold of STEVE the manger . he was very RUDE & didnt care about my business . and he was giving me the run around, finaly he said we somthing about dealer policy and i asked him if the policy could be broken for $1000 MORE THAT THEY WANTED ME TO PAY and he simply said YES it is what it is .
