Worst service I ever had in this dealer. Even though I previously purchased from this dealership . This one guy Aaron Lopez in service department had me wait for 2 hours plus for an oil cha Even though I previously purchased from this dealership . This one guy Aaron Lopez in service department had me wait for 2 hours plus for an oil change. First he said 1/1/2 hrs to 2 hrs for an oil change I was fine with that but when the 2 hour turned into 21/2 I ask Aaron Lopez he said my truck was next. After 20 more minutes wife went to ask if truck was ready he said there was 2 more vehicles in front of us. First able we had an oil change appointment second able almost 3 hours for an oil change for gods sake oil change takes less than 30 minutes who are these ford dealership hiring??? Any way if you decide to enter Huntington Beach ford dealership service be aware this guy Aaron Lopez is a big liar or has the wrong job position and he’ll have you waiting for hours to get an oil change. I definitely decided to leave of course after 3 hours waiting with no oil service. He did not perform my oil change after 3 xxx&ing hours. Unbelievable. xxx&ing guy. He definitely deserves to be fired for lying to ford customers I will make a claim to ford consumer department corporate on this guy. Never coming back to this dealer. More
Absolutely ridiculous trying to get in contact with this dealership for even the bare minimum service. I called them trying to get a quote for how much replacing a brake light would cost and there was no o dealership for even the bare minimum service. I called them trying to get a quote for how much replacing a brake light would cost and there was no one available to answer the question. I eventually just left a message with the girl who picked up the phone for her to pass on to any of the service advisors. One of these advisors did attempt to reach back out, but when I wasn't able to answer the call, no voicemail was left, not was there any attempt to reconnect about the service that was required for my vehicle. I instead am going to a different shop to get this service done for my vehicle, and will likely continue to go them instead. This isn't the first time I've had issues with any Ford dealership and their service department, which lends itself to this being a larger corporate issue in how they train their staff and service advisors. If you're considering going to a Ford service department for repairs or even routine checks on your vehicle, run away and look elsewhere for a better shop. More
I went in for an oil and filter change, no air filter needed, and change rear end (differential) fluid and they billed me about $500.00. I brought my 2011 F150 in for Audio System and drive train repairs. I had the pleasure to meet the Service Advisor Carson Schneppershoff. He was very attentive to my descriptions of the truck's proble train repairs. I had the pleasure to meet the Service Advisor Carson Schneppershoff. He was very attentive to my descriptions of the truck's problems. He went over the top helping me. I got rides home, even to the airport, while they ordered parts to fix the issues. I had an extended warranty, and Carson called them up and setup all the payments, etc. I have never had a better Service Advisor, and believe me, I know. I was Service Director at a Ford Dlrship in KC for 6yrs. Thank you HB Ford, and most of all......Thank YOU, Carson !!! Steve Longman More
HB Ford reached out via text to have a recall repair done on my car and when could I drop it off. I explained that I would need my car back that day, and I would need to make arrangements for someone to help on my car and when could I drop it off. I explained that I would need my car back that day, and I would need to make arrangements for someone to help me because I’m in a wheelchair and can’t go anywhere alone. They set up the appointment and everything was set up on my end. I called HB Ford to find out if they could replace my lug nuts during this appointment. I was informed that I wouldn’t receive my car back that day. I told the girl that’s not what I was told in the text. She said that the text was just general information and that isn’t possible. I have to have my car because of my situation. Don’t tell the costumer you can do something and are unable to follow through. I would have been stuck and no way home if I dropped my car off for repairs. More
