I brought my 2011 F150 in for Audio System and drive train repairs. I had the pleasure to meet the Service Advisor Carson Schneppershoff. He was very attentive to my descriptions of the truck's proble train repairs. I had the pleasure to meet the Service Advisor Carson Schneppershoff. He was very attentive to my descriptions of the truck's problems. He went over the top helping me. I got rides home, even to the airport, while they ordered parts to fix the issues. I had an extended warranty, and Carson called them up and setup all the payments, etc. I have never had a better Service Advisor, and believe me, I know. HB Ford reached out via text to have a recall repair done on my car and when could I drop it off. I explained that I would need my car back that day, and I would need to make arrangements for someone to help on my car and when could I drop it off. I explained that I would need my car back that day, and I would need to make arrangements for someone to help me because I’m in a wheelchair and can’t go anywhere alone. They set up the appointment and everything was set up on my end. I called HB Ford to find out if they could replace my lug nuts during this appointment. I was informed that I wouldn’t receive my car back that day. I told the girl that’s not what I was told in the text. She said that the text was just general information and that isn’t possible. I have to have my car because of my situation. Don’t tell the costumer you can do something and are unable to follow through. I would have been stuck and no way home if I dropped my car off for repairs. More
