We settled on the "special," a silver 2013 -- Andrew seemed to know it was for us even before we arrived. We're from out of state, and so there were some complications, but Andrew and team were super-accommodating, even providing a rental car for the period we were waiting for the registration to arrive at the dealership from PA DMV. Honda is a great company, and this operation really cares about the quality of what it sells and services. Also, we were proud that our sales rep has deeded rights to graze his cows on Bunker Hill! Steve Chase had some interesting history to relate too - both have family roots on Cape Cod that go back a long long time. More

Great experience! We stopped into Hyannis Honda on a whim, interested in just checking out the new Accord as our current lease was coming to an end. We have always been GMC or Ford owners so weren't very familiar with the Honda product and service. We were greeted by Jake Roberts and explained to him what we were interested in looking at and he was more than helpful in explaining to us all about Honda and also, after a few test drives in different models. found us the car we liked with all the options we wanted. We ended up leaving that day with a new lease contract for a new Accord. The whole experience was laid back. They made the process of trading in our old lease and getting into a new one so easy! We never felt pressured and truly enjoyed all of the employees of Honda that we dealt with that day- very friendly, very knowledgeable staff! At the time, I had no attention of purchasing a new v I called the dealership to ask a general information question and was connected to Tony Snyder. At the time, I had no attention of purchasing a new vehicle. Nevertheless, a few hours later, I drove out of Hyannis Honda with a top of the line Accord V-6. Tony made it all possible.
