A hassle free experience Previous to going to Hyannis Honda I had been to 2 other Honda dealerships. The first one I visited had horrible customer service staff so I left, the Previous to going to Hyannis Honda I had been to 2 other Honda dealerships. The first one I visited had horrible customer service staff so I left, the second one gave me an online quote and then when I went in to buy the car they said the quote was with military discount included and not taking into account the wheel locks and other accessories they had put on the car (that they advertise as free and that I didn't ask for) so the price of the car went up $800 and I left. When I visited Hyannis Honda they matched the quote given to me by the other dealer and did NOT increase the price as the other dealer had. Hyannis Honda also gave me a pretty fair price for my trade, an additional $500 off for being a recent college, and a really low interest rate. They were able to have the car ready for me to pick up the next day and my salesman Mark Perry answered all of my questions and explained how all of the features in the car worked. The whole experience was just so simple and straight forward compared to the other dealers I had visited and the customer service staff was great. More

There was no playing games there was no back and forth, and I feel very happy with the vehicle and model I got, the price, all of it. Steve was extremely helpful and thorough about showing me all of the features of my new car, how everything worked, changes that had been made between this and earlier models that I was familiar with, outstanding service. I also emailed some questions when dealing with my insurance and they were answered in a very timely and pleasant fashion. I highly recommend this dealership and their staff. Thank you Hyannis Honda!
