Wonderful experience start to finish!! I was met by Stephen Chase as soon as I entered the lot at Hyannis Honda. I had an urgent need for a new car and was rather stressed. Stephen listened I was met by Stephen Chase as soon as I entered the lot at Hyannis Honda. I had an urgent need for a new car and was rather stressed. Stephen listened patiently to what I was looking for and showed me a CRV. We took a ride and after returning, Stephen calmly and patiently went through all the amenities of this beautiful new car. I returned the next day to complete the purchase. Again, Stephen went through everything I needed to know about the car. Great service I want to sincerely say thank you to Mr Rene Dansereau the service manager who replace my 2 hub caps on my Honda Accord while I was waiting last Frida I want to sincerely say thank you to Mr Rene Dansereau the service manager who replace my 2 hub caps on my Honda Accord while I was waiting last Friday. Mr Dansereau was very helpful, professional, courteous and very customer oriented. Mr Dansereau is an asset to the Honda Hyannis dealership and he should be commended for his dedication to take care of the customers. I would recommend the Hyannis service department to anyone and especially under the leadership of Mr Dansereau.
