Mr Dansereau was very helpful, professional, courteous and very customer oriented. Mr Dansereau is an asset to the Honda Hyannis dealership and he should be commended for his dedication to take care of the customers. I would recommend the Hyannis service department to anyone and especially under the leadership of Mr Dansereau. I also would like to mention the young man at the part department who gave me my 2 hub caps ( I apologize I do not remember his name) he also was very helpful, efficient and polite. He took much time to answer my questions and was very informed. I returned two different times to receive some instruction about how to use the many new features in my new Honda Accord. The good, or the bad ?? I'll start with the "good", as Paul Daphnis, definitely deserves a shout out. I felt comfortable with him from the start. Let's face it - most people do not relish the prospect of purchasing a car - so this was important to me. Paul was very friendly, but professional. He was knowledgeable about all aspects of the car-buying experience, and willing to take the time and patience to answer any of my questions. Five stars for him! Now for the "bad". When I decided to find out what I might get for my trade-in, I was handed a laughable and insulting quote ... remember that Honda stresses their car's impressive resell value. When I balked at the figure in front of me, a second employee came on the scene, and my positive experience took a turn for the worst. In an attempt to defend his quote, he became aggressive and confrontational. Since I was becoming increasingly more uncomfortable, and there was no way I was accepting this offer, I got up and left the dealership. I wonder if he would have treated another man this way? Anyway, Paul ended up "saving the day", and I love my new CRV, so it all worked out in the end! I would also like to mention your financial consultant, Will Holland ... very nice man, who expertly explained my financing contract, and answered all my questions. So in the end, the "good" outweighed the "bad", and I shall return to Hyannis Honda when I'm looking for a new car! More

Buying a CRV from Hyannis Honda Anthony was terrific, and the dealership professional in every respect. I'd have easily rated five stars if it seemed that corporate Honda and Hyanni Anthony was terrific, and the dealership professional in every respect. I'd have easily rated five stars if it seemed that corporate Honda and Hyannis Honda were on the same page about the price of options that corporate Honda lists on its website as the "build your own" options leading to a total MSRP, and they are different from Hyannis Honda that says the prices don't include installation. That just seems odd to this consumer. So Hyannis Honda discounted very generously off the MSRP, which was appreciated, but seems to have made up some ground on options costing more than the nationally advertised price on Honda's website. (Unless I missed a disclaimer saying "Installation extra.") All in all, it was a very positive buying experience. Anthony was extraordinarily patient in describing all the vehicle options.
