I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Hyannis Honda! I have family members who purchased through the dealership so I decided to look to them when searching for my own car. The whole process was incredibly easy and stress free. I looked at my car online Monday, met with Patrick Y. for a test drive on Wednesday, and took home my amazing HR-V on Friday! Everything was explained thouroughly to me, and I never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. I drove home in the perfect car for me, protected by a fantastic Certified Pre-Owned warranty, with a fair and manageable financing plan. Because of the recent RMV shutdown, I had to return to the service center for my inspection sticker the following week. The woman in the service center was friendly and welcoming, and I was in and out the door in less than 30 minutes. Prior to this experience, I had a very bad impression of dealerships and car salesmen. I'm happy to say Hyannis Honda has changed my mind, and I look forward to many happy miles in my HR-V! More

I took a couple of days to arrange the dpwn payment./ My wife and I came to the showroom and he went over the features of i again. Mark didn't go over the Lane Departure Warning, the ACC, the FCW, LDW, LKAS and the RDM to give me a few days to get more familiar with the vehicle. He told me he would explain these items when I was ready. The whole experience was was pleasant and Mark was amusing and cooperative.. . More
