Just leased my 5th Honda Accord ESL from Honda Hyannis at the Orleans office. Took an hour. Car arrived the next day and I returned my 2017 Accord. Jake Roberts was the salesman and the best I ever worked the Orleans office. Took an hour. Car arrived the next day and I returned my 2017 Accord. Jake Roberts was the salesman and the best I ever worked with. He put on new plates explained everything to me. He took my cell phone and installed Apple car play while i waited in the office. I drove away with the new Accord within the hour. 2 days and 2 hours of my time for a seemless transaction. Jake deserves an award as salesperson of the year. I hope he is here 3 years from now as I will be happy to work with him on my next Honda. By the way 4 Hondas leased and over 200,000 miles and never a problem. Just routine maintenance. More

My wife and I recently purchased a new 2021 Honda Pilot and had the pleasure of working with Tony Snyder. The interior/exterior color we wanted was not available on the lot, we also needed to have a traile and had the pleasure of working with Tony Snyder. The interior/exterior color we wanted was not available on the lot, we also needed to have a trailer hitch installed. Tony quickly acquired the vehicle and arranged to have the hitch installed the next day, along with coordinating the registration and inspection process. We were constantly kept up to date as everything progressed. When we picked up our new vehicle it had been detailed and the gas tank was full. I highly recommend Hyannis Honda and Tony Snyder in particular. More
