HARD SELL = NO SALE I visited yesterday and explained the model (Tucson) and engine (plug-in hybrid) I wanted to buy. I explained I knew they weren't in stock yet but just wanted a quick look at the basi the model (Tucson) and engine (plug-in hybrid) I wanted to buy. I explained I knew they weren't in stock yet but just wanted a quick look at the basic model. Tia first asked me if I knew the difference between a hybrid and a plug-in). I knew where she was headed as they can get the former model pretty quickly but not the latter. I reiterated I wanted the plug-in. She persisted, asking me "why" I preferred a plug-in. I asked her to please stop "selling " me. She then asked me for my license. I was confused and asked why. She replied, For the test drive." I told her I didn't want one, only to see the car. She then disappeared for five minutes and returned with someone who identified herself as the "floor manager." She came on more like a bouncer. I again explained I only wanted to see a Tucson. Her reply was that it wasn't worth it because the hybrid was "completely different" on the inside - something I knew was not true. I said, "Are you refusing to show me a Tucson?" She didn't answer. At that point I walked out--never intending to return. I offer the same advice. to other customers. More

The Customer service was amazing, there were food and drinks provided upon arrival. The staff were all very friendly and made us feel comfortable.
