Young, inexperienced, and bordering on unprofessional I believe the title states enough. Things started out well and all was good until the deal was more "official." Our sales person passed us off to a young, inexperienced, disgruntled sales person to close the deal (despite having setup an appointment) because he was busy helping his next "customer." Also ... F & I manager remained professional but bordered on high pressure tactics for extended warranty/service agreements. This is an OK dealership for seasoned purchasers. Advise against sending your teenagers in her unattended. More
