I had an 8 AM appointment. I showed up at 7:45 AM. At 10 o’clock I went to check on the status of my car. It was then I discovered that the technician didn’t even have it to wo I showed up at 7:45 AM. At 10 o’clock I went to check on the status of my car. It was then I discovered that the technician didn’t even have it to work on. At 11 when I was given my repaired car, which was done great, The service attendant lied and said it was because they had to take off the bumper. They were always going to have to take off the bumper. The service team had never gotten the car to repair. I could’ve forgiven a 45 minute appointment, being three hours, but lying is no Bueno. More
Sloppy work. They replaced items but the problem still remains. Once I picked up my car to found a panel trim piece on my rear seat that was not screwed back in They replaced items but the problem still remains. This place is only good for oil changes and inspections. At least the sales people and service representatives are nice though; the repair technicians are unskilled. I overheard one customer complaining that they replaced the wrong flat tire while I was there. More

They handed over my key after service. I could not locate my car for a long time in very cold night. I went back to front desk asked African black lady( who handed over my car key) where I could not locate my car for a long time in very cold night. I went back to front desk asked African black lady( who handed over my car key) where my car is. She told me," I do not know where your car is". And keep repeating It is not her problem. Then I started yelling and people heard it from the other room. One lady kindly assist me to locate my car. One of guy who works there was very upset that I yelled. He was telling me again and again that I was the terrible one. How odd ?? If I did not yell so I have to walk out of there without my car? I think this is what suppose happen. Simply the African black lady told me to find someone to help me find the car. Is it so difficult ? Unreliable. More
Hello very disappointed charging$375 despite my extended warranty took the car almost the whole day from 11:30 to past 7PM . On phone the mechanic explained that the charge out of picked for the Rotors mold warranty took the car almost the whole day from 11:30 to past 7PM . On phone the mechanic explained that the charge out of picked for the Rotors molding and we I cam to pick up the car he said your rotors are in good shape no need to change still unable to understand why I had to pay $375??? I notice out leaks 2 days after the service calling several times no answer…it would be great for the Warranty Manager to have a look at this case for valid explanation and refund. Thank you More
So far I have good experience with this dealership. They bring in my car for service quickly. The mechanic who worked on mine know what he is doing and took care of the issue professionally. The waiting area is big and pleasant to seat around waiting on your car. I have been there twice and my waiting time was around 2 hours each. I personally recommend this dealer. More
