My car was dropped off at 8:30 in the morning with a promise of returning within six hours -no one called me with updates at all - and then they closed for the night. Of course full price- no reduction or even a keychain with apology or compliments With a 2013 car I have considered not paying for dealership service before —now I will definitely consider a local mechanic/service instead of the the Metarie dealership.
