I'm very disappointed with my experience. A lot of incorrect information was given to me about the car that influenced my decision. I should never have qualify for the loan. Credit score drop from 680 to 625 in 10 days because Hyundai kept sending my information to so many different banks that deny that. In the end Hyundai approved it which excited me which is my first mistake and becoming stupid. Will definitely not recommend hunting anyone and anyone who asked me about the car I tell them how terrible it was using Hyundai I tried returning the car the next day because of the Miss information about the car and the fact that I knew I can't afford it and I should never have qualified but even though the website said you have three days because it's a used car you did not get the three days More

I love leasing My Hyundiai. The sales lady Miss Katrina Vance made me so comfortable. She helped me so much making me comfortable. That I never received. I didnt get ANY OIL CHANGES AT ALL. My 1st car ( this is my 3rd lease car.) I received a few free oil changes. But my 2018 car salesman nuthing. Miss Katrina Vance is a breath of fresh air. I am blessed. She knew me as well as I knew me. I'm very thankful. Would go to her again. Thank you. Keep her working there. More
