Service Advisor Patrick Dehnel received a 5-star rating only because I cannot give him more stars. My situation was challenging ... a mistake had been made by another Genesis dealer ... not by Genesis of only because I cannot give him more stars. My situation was challenging ... a mistake had been made by another Genesis dealer ... not by Genesis of Metairie. Patrick navigated the situation adeptly, and working closely with the other dealer, achieved the optimal result. And it bears noting that the other dealer stepped up like a champ, too. It speaks well of Genesis that its dealers cooperated quickly and professionally to achieve a fair result for the customer. I could not ask for more. More
