I also have to give thanks to Stephen May - I came in early to see Cynthia, and I was totally ok with waiting for her, but he insisted on letting me look at the cars I was interested in and we ended up taking a short test drive. Extremely knowledgeable about the product as well. Finally, Byron Lopez in Finance - SUPER nice guy, ZERO pressure. He *thoroughly* explained each optional add-on to be crystal clear on what each type of protection covered. Some options I chose, others I declined, but he made sure I knew what I was getting for my money. Overall, a great dealership experience. My concerns were not listened to the first time resulting in my car breaking down again on the way home from the first service appointment. My initial concern included my oil light coming on. They concluded in my car breaking down again on the way home from the first service appointment. My initial concern included my oil light coming on. They concluded it was something wrong with my engine requiring a “tune up” which cost me over 500 dollars. In fact, the issue had to do with My oil sensor which was covered by warranty. it’s frustrating to pay that much money when the issues was a warranty covered item. I appreciated the help I received when I broke down on my way home. I called and spoke with Pat who had a tow truck come and pick my car up immediately. He was extremely helpful during a frustrating moment. Thanks Pat. More
