Service center- Dealing with radio issues Sadly I’ve had some bad luck with my new 2019 Kona and the radio. I’ve been fortune to have a great service center to reach out to and get help along Sadly I’ve had some bad luck with my new 2019 Kona and the radio. I’ve been fortune to have a great service center to reach out to and get help along the way. Although it’s frustrating to need servicing on my new car, each person has been so helpful along the way and has made sure to help make things right. Of course there’s other people behind the scenes working to get my car fixed, but Shaun has been extremely helpful and I won’t see another service person unless I have to. Andrew has step in to help out and get the parts needed and to help solve the mystery of my radio problems. Moji always stops when he sees me in the service department and asks if there’s anything he can do to help with my troubles. Overall, everyone has been really great. More
