VIP Treatment! Professional and Reapectful Staff! After visiting 2 other dealerships I called Hyundai of NPR. I was blessed by being transferred to Allen. I met Bill upon arrival and knew I'd made the After visiting 2 other dealerships I called Hyundai of NPR. I was blessed by being transferred to Allen. I met Bill upon arrival and knew I'd made the right choice driving the add'l 30 minutes. I have never met a more professional and respectful group of men. Allen listened to my needs and expectations regarding the purchase of a new car. He explained a variety of financing options, interest rates, rebates and different package specifics and models. All without ever interrupting me nor pressuring me to make a decision. He was so patient with me and was kind enough to repeat information already given because I'd asked him to. Bill was extremely professional and lovely to work with. Bill explained in detail the Tuscon's features answered many many questions I asked him about the differences between models compared to the one I was test driving. He walked me through all the features the beautiful Tuscan has to offer. Bill was patient enough to repeat instructions and even demonstrated to help me learn multiple features after I'd purchased the vehicle. The dealership was busy by the number of guests in the lobby, however I never felt rushed, pressured or ignored. Joey in finance was terrific and knowledgable about each and every form a buyer is required to sign. I sincerely can't express my gratitude to Allen and Bill enough!!! I realize it sounds cliche but they truly made me feel as if I'd known them for years. I believe divine intervention lead me 30 minutes further to a Hyundai dealership to get my beautiful Tuscan, because of the difference in customer service. Such a difference that I while heartedly hope ownership appreciates and rewards because Hyundai of New Port Richey gained a customer for life.. thanks to Allen and Bill! Thank you again!!!! More

Clueless The service center needs serious help. Don’t even ask to speak with the service manager. He won’t call you back. They won’t honor the service agre The service center needs serious help. Don’t even ask to speak with the service manager. He won’t call you back. They won’t honor the service agreement when purchasing the car. Management said on multiple occasions they would do something and have yet to do it. Mary in the service department is part of the reason this is titled clueless but that comes from her management. I cannot wait to get rid of this car and go back to Sun Toyota. More

After they serviced the car it was running so we didn't see that they forgot to reset the "service within 9 days" alert. Also they reset every control in the car to a different setting. I was not aware that I had no front headlights until other cars started beeping their horns at me. My steering wheel was hot, my radio station changed, etc etc. I called to complain about everything but they said to bring it back to reset the "service button" which would have meant a one hour round trip for me. Instead I took it to the Hyundai down the road from me. They not only reset it but showed us how to do it in the future should it happen again. I will be taking my car elsewhere the next time I need an oil change. I didn't know that I couldn't take my car to any Hyundai dealer for service, unless I paid for it. Other dealerships allow you to take it to any of their service centers. If I had known this, I would have bought my Hyundai at a closer location. More
