She kept me updated on the progress and even provided me with some money-saving tips for next time. My Sales Manager, Ms. Verdelotti, always knows when I am there and makes it a point to make my visit unmistakably efficient. My experience with Hyundai of New Port Richey I was greeted by Felix Nieves III, as soon as I got out of my car. He was very personable and professional. We sat down, he offered me some refreshments, a lovely touch. He then asked me what I was looking for. I have a 2016 Elantra, and wanted to trade it in for a new model. I said I liked black. He said, he had every color, however he wanted to show me the color, Portofino. Which I instantly fell in love with. He proceeded to give a bumper to bumper presentation about the car, which I was very impressed with.. He explained every single detail about the car. Then we took the car for a test drive. He made the transition smooth and easy. Felix was fabulous. I have been dealing with Hyundai of New Port Richey for years, and have purchased several vehicles from them. I've always dealt with Bill Parente, who has been equally as awesome as Felix. However Bill was off that day. I received the same impeccable service as I've always received from Bill Parente. I would recommend Hyundai of New Port Richey to everyone. More

Overbooking I was there from 9:00 a.m. To 12:45 for lube, oil, filter change and lifetime alignment. The service reps are wonderful but the wsiting was way too I was there from 9:00 a.m. To 12:45 for lube, oil, filter change and lifetime alignment.
