No follow through I called 2 weeks in advance to make an appt to have my visor replaced. I advised the woman I had to drive an hour to get there. She assured me the part would be there ready for install. I got there and it was never ordered and not in stock as promised. I now have to take another hour drive (1 way) to get litterely 1 screw put in due to warranty. Very poor customer service!!!! More
