Amazing experience!!!! I had never owned any other car but Chevy and I never thought I would drive anything else. Well, since my car was getting older I wanted to trade my 2012 Chevy Cruze in for something newer and everyone recommended Hyundai. So, I researched a little and fell in love with the Elantra and Hyundai’s warranties!!!! I was recommended to this dealer by a friend and it was nothing but the best experience. I worked with “Big John” and he got me the deal I wanted, without even begging. Dealerships can be intimidating and frustrating but it was not a hassle at all doing business with them. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone in the market for a new car AND ask for “Big John” I promise he will not disappoint! Thank you so much John and Hyundai of New Port Richey!!!!!! 8/11 car appointment The service was prompt, but I believe I was offered approximately $800 worth of services that were not needed at this time. They were recommended because of car mileage and not condition. In addition, after spending more than $500 on services they forgot to wash my car. When I went to pick up my car, the service person there could not even find my keys. I was the one that was able to find them laying on a box. More

We brought our 2017 Elantra in for a regular oil change but left with a 2018 Elantra GT. Levi and Joey in finance, worked to get us a great deal with a super low interest. We were in and out quickly. There were quite a few cars in front of me so I feared it would take some time to get in but he told me to check inside the office but that he didn’t expect it would be long The employee at the desk was very helpful. He explained to me that even though there were a lot of cars, they were not getting oil changes. He said I was #1 or 2 so I waited. The wait was not long and the desk employee gave me all the information I asked for, I.e., # free oil changes I had left; information on a filter I had purchased at an earlier visit and why I had to pay for it even though I had the car for less than 6 months etc. Overall service was excellent. Only complaint I have is the mechanic always moves my headlights from AUTO to Manual. I don’t notice it until I’m driving at night with no lights! More
