Recall and oil change Lily was excellent right from the start ! She explained what would be done and why and how long it would take. Done actually early which was nice, wen Lily was excellent right from the start ! She explained what would be done and why and how long it would take. Asked me if I would like the car washed which was an added bonus for me since I don’t wash it very often. I would definitely give thumbs up for Lily and also the service dept! Terrible service very disappointed Damaged my car during service. Was told my car would be fixed by Wednesday didn’t get it back for two weeks after I had to call and find out what was Damaged my car during service. Professional, Knowledgeable, Caring I needed a repair to my heating system. Frank Richbourg reviewed the issue clearly, the options, the cost, and the time frame. Frank arranged for a Hertz rental at a reasonable price. A tremendous relief for me. More
