Bought a lemon My vehicle was serviced almost 20 times at this dealership and they never were able to correct the problem. My vehicle is still having the same issue My vehicle was serviced almost 20 times at this dealership and they never were able to correct the problem. My vehicle is still having the same issue and they can’t seem to figure it out. Additionally my air conditioning went out and instead of it being covered under the warranty they said a rock came through and damage my air-conditioning unit which is not covered. I don’t believe a rock hit it and I think this is simply to get out of paying for a new air conditioner.... although Barry and Amanda We’re always prompt and very personable I am extremely disappointed overall with Hyundai in their product but as well as their service department and I will never buy another Hyundai again More

routine service messed up my car My car was running fine until I agreed to a service suggestion to have fuel injectors cleaned during routine oil change one Saturday. Next time I drov My car was running fine until I agreed to a service suggestion to have fuel injectors cleaned during routine oil change one Saturday. Next time I drove the car, it would barely accelerate...was dangerous to drive when trying to merge into traffic, or anytime I needed to accerate. Had to take it back to be fixed on a week day, which meant I had to burn a half day of vacay only to learn some hose either hadn't been connected or had come loose after fail injector cleaning. As if dangerous driving and having to take vacay for a service center mistake wasn't bad enough, I had to take car back once again 'cause it's still wasn't running right and still isn't after third service. Service center couldn't find anything wrong. But, when I dropped car off the last time, a salesman practically snatched me out of car and asked me my reason for service. When i told him he immediately said there's a known transmission problem with model/year of my car and I should talk to him about buying a new one. Really? This was first I had heard of known transmssion problem, seems to me like they should notify owners who have cars with known problems. A different (lease) salesman said not to worry, transmission was still under warranty and could be fixed at no cost to me...then he asked wouldn't U prefer to lease a new car? Again, really? I've always given service excellent reviews until now since they messed up my car. I had one really hidious sales experience when I bought first car from Hyundai NPR in 2012, and one okay lease experience in 2016.. I can now only give service a good rating and suggest buyer beware with sales. More
