Frank was incredibly helpful and courteous, was able accurately to diagnose and correct the problems with my car, took care of recall I had that I was unaware of, and reminded me of a protection package I had that I had forgotten about, which saved me a lot of money on my repairs. I was never pressured into buying unnecessary services and was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. More

Dirt in car I like my dealership in most ways. The service writer was friendly, helpful, and professional. The car wash was certainly appreciated and a nice to I like my dealership in most ways. However, i found black fingerprints in many places on the inside of the driver's door which were very difficult to clean. They are still not completely gone. I will have to buy some different cleaner, I guess. It was literally a "black mark" on their usually good service!! More
