You've got to love Hyundai of New Port Richey I walked into the dealership at 4 p.m. with no appointment to change my oil and have a slow leak fixed in my rear tire. I was glad to have Amanda help I walked into the dealership at 4 p.m. with no appointment to change my oil and have a slow leak fixed in my rear tire. I was glad to have Amanda help me; she's been incredibly helpful in past visits. The service staff, overall is always pleasant, kind, courteous and positive. Amanda informed me that I still had a complimentary oil change coupon, that I was unaware of and reminded that since I bought my tires there in October, they were covered 100% for the 1st year and 50/50 for the 2nd. No charge to fix the leak. Amanda then told me that my tires would be rotated and a multi-point inspection would be performed. I had a delicious cappuccino and fresh popcorn while I waited. I was summoned after 1 hour and 45 minutes. My Accent received an A+ inspection ( of course, since I only have it serviced here). Amanda said there would be no charge, took me to my freshly washed vehicle and thanked me. THANKED ME! I bought my Accent 6 years ago. If that ain't service, I don't what is. I drove away smiling, as always and couldn't help but think, "I could have, at least, left a couple of bucks for the coffee". You've got to love Hyundai of NPR. More

Broken trunk latch I came in with a trunk that I could not open. They took me right away and in about an hour, my car was ready with the trunk latch replaced. At Hyundai of New Port Richey, everyone is polite, knowledgable, and nobody tries to up-sell you for items that you don't need.
