Dear Stephanie, Please accept my apology for our Service Department’s contribution to your frustration. It is never the intent of our staff or management to deliver what anyone would consider the worst customer service. This review, however, is somewhat unexpected considering the extensive dialogue we have had with Hyundai Motors on your behalf to have a non-warrantable paint issue covered by the manufacturer for you as an act of goodwill on their part. Please know that Hyundai Motors has approved our claim to repair the three panels on your vehicle with paint defects, despite the vehicle being approximately 30,000 miles out of warranty. This repair comes with a limited life-time warranty from our body shop and we are here to take care of any additional issues, should you experience any in the future. I’d also like to apologize for not returning calls in a timely manner. I will be available in the future should the need arise.
