Terrible service for a new car buyer I had an appt at 130 for an oil change at 230 my car was still sitting outside at 3pm my car was still sitting outside I then started to complain to I had an appt at 130 for an oil change at 230 my car was still sitting outside at 3pm my car was still sitting outside I then started to complain to the manager of the dealership what was going on it was then they decided to start my oil change I have been buying new cars every 3 years for 50 years 4 brand new Hyunda's in the last 10 yrs and this is the worst experience I have ever had in my life at a dealership More

No one returns calls, was treated horribly by the "manager" Andrew. left multiple messages for the director of service dept- John and get no response. A formal complaint with hyaduandi corporate was placed. It's a shame that these are the people that are running this establishment. Absolutely by far the WORST expereicne since I drove off the lot with my brand new 2017. More
