Mis-informed Brought two cars in for routine service to include Oil change, tire rotation and multipoint inspections. Asked to have Brakes and tires inspected. Was Brought two cars in for routine service to include Oil change, tire rotation and multipoint inspections. Asked to have Brakes and tires inspected. Was told by Service advisor that my car(2017 Tucson) only needed coolant flush but nothing else. Was told that my daughters car(2016 Elantra Gt) needed Induction service. I agreed to both recommendations plus oil change, etc. An hour after initial conversation was called by service advisor and told everything was on time and my daughters car was getting the induction service and my car was getting the coolant service. I asked to see the detailed report so I could see the recommendations and the tire tread. She said my tires and brakes were still very good and she would send the report. Another hour passed and I had not received the detailed report. The service advisor called me and said my daughters car was ready. I was given the invoice and noticed the 15k mike device was performed as well as the induction service which overall cost was $280. I was told my car was still being completed for coolant flush. Three hours into the service I had still not received the detailed report. Finally after 4 hours I was told my car would be ready in a few minutes after it was washed. I was given my invoice and completely shocked when I saw a $400 bill. I was charged the coolant flush, an induction service and alignment plus oil change and tire rotation. The interesting thing is I had not agreed to the induction service or alignment nor was I even told it was being done. I was told by the service advisor that all I needed was the coolant flush. How did I get charged for two services that I didn’t know about or agree to have done? i never did get my car washed. The wait was so long and I had already been sitting at the dealer for over 4 hours. When I received my car and drove home I started hearing a rubbing noise coming from the right front area. It became louder the faster I drove. I didn’t think much of it at the time other than I didn’t have that problem before I went in for service. A few hours passed and I wanted to check my car in preparation for traveling over the holiday. When I opened my hood I noticed there was very little(less than an inch) of anti freeze in my coolant reservoir. I looked on the reservoir and saw small drops of coolant from the bottom and down the side. I went to add coolant and saw several other drops fall from the reservoir. Over the past few days the noise from the right front area is the same or louder as I drive. I called the service department twice today to arrange a time to bring in my car but no one ever called me back. Now I have a car with a possible coolant leak and a noise coming from the right front. Neither of which I had before I took my car in for service. More
They leave you on hold If my vehicle wasn't under warranty and it wasnt 4 blocks from my house I would never use this service center. They leave you on hold for 15+ mins, overbook themselves, and if your vehicle has any age to it a service sales rep will call and try to get you to trade by bullying you. Unethical, slow, and just plain sad. More
If your car needs service it might as will be done here It never takes very long at Hyundai. Comfortable chairs cookies coffee and TV. Charging stations for cell phones and iPads. No complaints. Good In the beginning but bad at the end Came in for 3 recalls and an oil change. Tried to sell me a part for my car I knew wasn’t needed. Then when I got into my car there was grease all over my driver side seat. Then after I got home my husband found more grease on the passenger side door. I guess because the car wasn’t bought there they feel they don’t have to take good care of my car. I only go there because they are the closest dealership to me for all the recalls I keep getting. Just a fantastic dealership with a great staff. Our Elantra was due for regular service so we scheduled it and had it done today. Shaun greeted us and arranged our service for us, explaining we had a 15000 mile maintenance due shortly and we could do that today or we could get the regular service today and then come back and do the 15k service later. He went on to explain it we did the 15k today he could save us $50 plus the normal service of today. The service went just as Shaun laid out, he explained we were borderline on needing an alignment, we chose to come back and He explained that the Dealership has a lifetime alignment plan for $120, Fantastic. We very much appreciate the way we were handled by Shaun, thanks to Him and the Dealership. More

Disappointed I brought my 2015 Hyundai Tucson in for service because of a recall. When the work was done I got in my vehicle to find my stereo turned all the way u I brought my 2015 Hyundai Tucson in for service because of a recall. When the work was done I got in my vehicle to find my stereo turned all the way up on a country station which I never listen to. Also there was a icee plastic wrapper all stickey in my cup holder in the console, crumbs on my seat and chocolate smeared on my steering wheel. I notified the dealership and got no response. Very upset!!! More
