My car needs warranty work, not good to drive with a bad catalytic converter, can cause excessive engine heat and damage, so I needed a loaner car since parts weren't in stock. The dealership was kind enough to get me a rental since they didn't have enough loaners. The rental was a Jeep Wrangler, try getting into this car at 75 yrs.old, not pretty. My service experience with Danny was disappointing due to a significant lack of communication and quality control. Long time customer and purchaser of cars at Hyundai St Augustine. Came in for routine oil change and to take care of a recall on my 22 Sonata 1.6T. Waited some 3 hours. Finally after no updates, approache Augustine. Came in for routine oil change and to take care of a recall on my 22 Sonata 1.6T. Waited some 3 hours. Finally after no updates, approached service desk, only to be told the part for my recall was not in stock. This was an appointment that WAS FOR ADDRESSING THE RECALL I had been notified was required. I have worked with Tundi for years, great experience usually. Believe this particular visit could have been better prepared for (recall part in stock) and certainly should not have required the hours I waited, when the part was not even in stock. More
