I scheduled an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, and cabin filter change. Ms. Mirena Napier, my service specialist, met me at the garage door, verified the work order, ushered me into the rotation, and cabin filter change. About 1.15 hours later, Ms. Napier reminded me of the work completed, walked me to my vehicle, wiped of the wet spots from the car wash, and waved me on my way home.
