He also had the CarFax data and other information we requested on hand. Very respectful of my daughter and helped her through her first car buying experience. No delay tactics. No typical sales games we experienced at other dealers. We agreed to a price and was able to finalize the next day. Paperwork went smooth and QUICK. Typically the worst part of the process for me since we are generally paying by check, and I never understand why it takes so long with some dealers. Not here. While finalizing, greeted by other employees thanking us for choosing their dealership. Again, that is rare. Several calls after the fact to make sure all was well. We are happy. More
