I appreciate the candid feedback as it allows us to improve our guests' experience's. I attempted to reach out to you via the Dealerrater forum on June 23rd but I did not hear back from you, I understand you may not want to discuss this issue any further. At Hyundai of St. Augustine, we use a variety of consumer sites to give an estimated fair market value for trade ins, including KBB.com, Edmunds.com, NADAguides.com, among others. We also factor in the wholesale and retail market supply and demand to provide a more accurate trade in appraisal. In addition, trade in values given over the phone are sometimes difficult to get right as we cannot see the overall condition of the vehicle. I am also sorry for our dealership staff for not getting back to you in a more timely fashion. We are currently growing at a rapid pace which has caused some growing pains. We are in the process of increasing our staff to meet and exceed our customers expectations. I am also working with our technology provider to better disclose all the fees associated with the purchase of a car, including taxes, registration, and our dealer fee.
