i have dealt with a number of Automobile dealers during my adult life and I can honestly say that Hyundai of St Augustine has been the easiest and least stressful experience I have had in purchasing a new my adult life and I can honestly say that Hyundai of St Augustine has been the easiest and least stressful experience I have had in purchasing a new automobile. There was no high pressure or sales "tactics" in getting my business. Both myself and my wife were impressed with our sales person, Paul Smathers. He was very low key and dealt with us on our terms, giving us as much time as we needed to decide what we would do. I had already done my research when I decided to come to St. Augustine to buy my new Hyundai Elantra. Everything I had read and learned indicated I would get a good selection and a good deal. My only complaint, and this goes for all auto delaers, is that once a deal is made the paperwork takes much too long, the waiting is tedious and frustrating, in this day and age you would think auto dealers would have found a way to have less paperwork.
