Not only did they allow me to use their personal painter for a retouch, they actually gave me an Elantra to drive while my VeraCruz was being worked on. Very good experience. Real professionals who are here to stay and make local relationships. I was looking for a new vehicle for my wife. I went up to Hyundai of St. Augustine to test drive a Genesis and th stay and make local relationships. I was looking for a new vehicle for my wife. I went up to Hyundai of St. Augustine to test drive a Genesis and the new 2013 Santa Fe Sport. I was working through USAA car buying service and Kyle Showalter. However, Kyle was out sick the day I wanted to visit the dealership. SHAWN HAYS stepped in and had the vehicles prepped and ready to go on my arrival. I do a lot of research before visiting a dealership. Usually, I know more about a product than the typical salesman. And, after a week of looking at all the local lots I assumed the worst before my visit. Boy, was I pleasantly surprised. Shawn knew it all. He was waiting for me when I arrived with both models ready to test drive. He was very helpful in zeroing in on a car that my wife would want to seriously consider. And, after learning I was using USAA buying service, informed me of an additional discount on the Genesis. He sorted through my myriad "requirements" and found two vehicles my wife will love. Now, just to get her to pick one :). More

The experience was exactly was previously described: relaxed, professional, friendly, and VERY honest/trustworthy! We knew beforehand what to expect for a trade-in value, and they came in right on target. There was none of the usual haggling or back & forth banter about pricing, and they even had the true value of our trade-in forwarded to our email while sitting with them (they of course topped the resulting value to boot!). We were hungry and wanted to think on the deal, so they gave us the keys to a NEW vehicle to go to lunch in. We recognize that this is to the dealer's benefit, but it was very clear that it was not their intended tactic but rather an honest-to-goodness opportunity for us to thoroughly check out the vehicle away from the sales environment. The vehicle we wanted was not in inventory, but it was delivered promptly within 48 hrs. They took in our trade-in to get it off the street and gave us a loaner vehicle in the meantime. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealer (and Kyle of course) to others considering them. My wife & I have purchased many vehicles in the past, and this purchase was one of the few that just "felt" good, fair and honest in the end. More
