Here, there was no haggle, no sales games with pricing. You know, lines like " Let me go beat up my manager and get you the best price", then they come back, scribble a number on a napkin, turn it upside down and slide it over while hiding under the desk, like he was selling you drugs in a back ally! We'll none of that here. Bird was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He was patient and never pressured the decision. There was no price games, he explained in detail the terms of sale on the certified preowned 2013 Elantra he let me test drive overnight, which were the same for anybody! No Games!
