I have traded up to the Genesis Sedan and a really nice ride. Feels just as quiet and smooth as the Mercedes 350 E class but without the extra 15 K in price. As important to me is the sales experience and service after the sale. Hyundai of St. Augustine scores hign on my list in both areas. I live in Iowa and agreed to purchase the Genisis from pictures on the internet and talking with Walter Brooks. The trip down to the dealership was a nightmare, and by the time I got there it was very clo pictures on the internet and talking with Walter Brooks. The trip down to the dealership was a nightmare, and by the time I got there it was very close to closing time. After inspecting the car it was as advertised I was ready to hand him the check and drive off the lot. He insisted that we take a test drive together. After getting back to the dealership he showed me how to work all of the controls and described the standard and added options on the car. Even though it was after closing time all the employee's were nice and very helpful. The car was missing some manuals that I thought should be in the vehicle and Walter went to the parts department and ordered them at no charge to me. I'm 62 years old and have bought quite a few cars and this was one of the best dealerships that I have delt with. I would reccomend this dealership for anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle.
