Matt Lowry my sales consultant was great, price on my trade was fair and they had the car right up in front with a full tank of gas ready. Their finance department is straight forward, they dont try to load you down with a bunch of stuff you dont need. Great experience over all and I would return again. More

Let me start by saying that St. Augustine's prices were the lowest i could find when i shopped around and compared to EVERY Hyundai Dealer in the South Florida Region. I really did my homework. The price was my primary reason for purchasing through St. Augustine. not only was the price lower, by I was offered more for my trade than anywhere else, and i was offered a lower % rate through one of their partnering banks than what I had already obtained on my own. Joey was extremely informative, easy going, relaxed, helpful, calm, and followed through on every little detail that he communicated to me. Having had a horrible car purchasing experience or two before, I was "ready for a war" and decided to go with the "online route" this time when searching for a car and so that i could avoid the whole "let me see what i can do for you" back and forth approach between the sales manager and the saleman. Joey and St. Augustine exceded my expectations. Despite a great price, a few inconvenient details emerged regarding my car after I took reciept of the vehicle (it was delivered to me....for free i might add). Being well outside county area and livivng in S Florida i was a bit concerned; however, Joey and others at the St. Augustine dealership helped me get everything straightened away. Also, when the paperwork arrived in the mail for me to sign and ship back through overnight mail, everything was 100% spot on (i.e. no surprises). When I took the car, it had a full tank of gas, as I expected but was very curious to see. I probably came across to St. Augustine and Joey as a bit anal-retentive (my opinion only....lol) and in fact i probably was in this case, but Joey maintains a positive attitude to all my questions, responces, etc. I will buy from him and St. Augustine again when the time comes. My husband and I had been looking for a Hyundai Genesis Coupe. We found one on autotrader and decided to make the 2 and a half hour drive to St. Augustine to look at it. We were treated with respect and this dealership seems to genuinely value their customers. We drove away with the car of our dreams! Buying at this Hyundai dealership made us feel confident about the big decision of buying a car. In the future we would definitely make the drive to St. Augustine just to deal with the friendly salesmen at Hyundai of St. Augustine! We worked with Roosevelt Ramsubhag and he was EXCELLENT!
