He didn 't have us look at cars below or out of our range. He worked with us until we could come up with a deal that was agreeable for us both. A really good experience, for usually a hassle of an event. I would recommend anyone to visit the dealership when looking for a car. More

I told him what i wanted and where I wanted my payments to be, very informative about the car as a whole, and he did everything he could to find me the RIGHT car. He had two other customers that came after us and he didnt lose sight of me or the other two, even though he was running round to accommodate everyone, he was still professional at all times. And when the bank took forever to respond, kept encouraging me to wait, AND IT WAS DEFINITELY WORTH THE WAIT!!! Got approved by the bank that I originally wanted, my payments are RIGHT WHERE I WANT THEM, the car runs AMAZINGLY, they detailed it FABULOUSLY and did I mention that i LOVE my car?? Elantra I was in contact with Mike for about a week and I informed him about what I was looking to get. He told me about a car that they had just bought and t I was in contact with Mike for about a week and I informed him about what I was looking to get. He told me about a car that they had just bought and that wasn't even on the lot yet. I knew that I was VERY interested but that I could not get there until the end of the week. He told me he will try his best to "hide" it until I could get there. In all, I left there with the car that I went to get and I could not be happier with it! Exceptional Service I am very happy to say this has by far been my best experience yet in buying a vehicle. I was having a very difficult time dealing with the relentless I am very happy to say this has by far been my best experience yet in buying a vehicle. I was having a very difficult time dealing with the relentless amount of calls and crazy emails I have been getting from other salesmen. Before I made it to Hyundai I have visited about 6 other dealerships and have test driven at least 19 cars. I must add that one didn’t even have a working odometer, not to mention that many of them list their prices very low in order to get you in the door and then tell you that the price on the site is only applicable with a 2k down payment. Hyundai not only had the fairest listing prices, but also honored them. I would really like to thank the two salesmen I dealt with Jose Reveron & Jordan Knight at Hyundai at St. Augustine for making this such a great experience. They were above and beyond in terms of accommodating my needs, from the first point of contact until the end when I signed my papers I was treated with the up most care and respect. I did not once feel pressured, “screwed”, or taken advantage of which is a very rare thing while going through this process.
