They gave us a discount and fair trade value to where we weren't upside down in our new loan. Gave us a great interest rate as good as our credit union! Frank was thourough in going over the car with us and even helped us link our phones to the car. He was very friendly and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. Frank introduced us to the owner and the service manager. I hate going to dealerships and getting the run around between trade ins and financing or heavy pressure to purchase but that was not the case. We picked the Sonata GlS @ first then changed our mind to the Sonata SE. Usually the salesman gets irrated when the paperwork is started on one and you change your mind. Not Frank,he gladly showed us several cars and let us discuss what we wanted to do~ No hassle!!!!!!! We have already recommended this dealership and salesman to 3 other people! Also the owner Andrew came out and met us in person and was very friendly and helpful with financing. Never after buying 10 cars have I met the owner!!!!!!!!! We will be back for future purchases! This is the second new sonata I have purchased from Randy (and this time as well Roosevelt) and the transaction was even better than last time (if that was even possible). My daughter bought a Hyundai Sante Fe on 2/19 and I liked it so much I went to test drive one myself the same day. My husband went back on the following Monday to talk with Paul but he was out sick so Demetrius helped him and they were able to come to an agreement on price and he bought the car for me. I picked it up after work on Monday and Demetrius was great in helping me to understand some of its features. I mostly liked his quietly capable manner, again, not pushy. Very courteous and surprisingly a very sharp wit and sense of humor that he selectivly shares at times. I am delighted with my Santa Fe. Just love it! More
I received an email from the internet salesman and scheduled a date. When I got there, he told me he was not available had another customer coming in and that I could talk with his partner. I told him what I was looking for, he acted confused. He immediately told me about the Sonata which I was not interested in. He was being very pushy. We walked through a very crowded parking lot, poorly set up only to find cars in terrible condition to be considered new. I took the 2010 Elantra for a test drive, it was shakey and not smooth at all and he kept telling me it would get better as I drove. I felt like I was dealing with the "typical" salesman just trying to make a buck. Each time I asked a question, he would refer to the sticker on the window......I can read the sticker...I want someone who knows the car a little better than I do. I had a file with me, with research I had done on the internet at the Hyundai site....he said "Oh, you have papers with you, you must mean business". He kept asking me to crunch numbers and I kept saying not now, I need to look around. Not impressed with a pushy salesman who does not know the car. He had no literature to share with me about the car. I wish I could remember his name. I guess that is how impressed I was with the experience.....and the 125 mile drive I made just because this web site said they were the best. Bull. More
The overall sales experience was straight forward and low stress. I got a fair price on the Sonata and good price for my trade-in.
