They respected that; I never felt pushed or pressured.They answered all my questions and when I wanted another test drive, we took it. Deciding on the 2011 Sonata was not difficult. With its striking design, safety features, engineering technology and price, it was only a matter of color and model. After I chose the black limited, Joe had us come in so that he could go over all the features with us, especially the bluetooth. When I have had other questions, as well as, a couple of things that I needed done(cosmetic only),I have stopped by the dealership and Joe has taken care of them immediately. He is always so pleasant and accommodating. A car and its warranty is only as good as the dealership. We feel that we can count on them to continue providing good service--and with a smile! More

We have been a customer of a local dealer for 30 some years and have watched him grow to where he now ownes almost all dealerships in the area. If you don't want to purchase brand A from him you can go a years and have watched him grow to where he now ownes almost all dealerships in the area. If you don't want to purchase brand A from him you can go accros the street and buy brand B. Don't care how he treats the consumer at brand A, he'll get the sale anyway. We traveled 50+ miles to St Augustine Hyundai and were pleanantly surprised to find people who care about customer satisfaction. A whole different mind set. My vehicle was looked at a local facility and they were not sure of what the problem was. When I called Kurt, explained that I could not put gas in my car on 3 separate occasions, he knew immediately what not sure of what the problem was. He recommended I bring the car in for a diagnos, I did, and he was right on in surmising over the phone what my problem was. They had the canister there at the shop, I did not have to make another appointment and go back, they did the job right there in a pleasingly amount of time and I was on my way home. I am returning next week for a timing belt and know I will be as pleased on that visit as I was on the last. While in the waiting room to kill time, I spoke to other individuals and they have been pleased by the service at this facility. I hope they, too, take the time to give a review.
